Each of our clients has a unique website address for customers to manage their accounts. Speak with your Cafe Manager to find out what your website is. Once online, follow the on-screen instructions to register and recharge.
If you’ve forgotten your password and can’t log-in to your account, follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password.
If you are having problems logging-in to your account, contact your Cafe Manager.
If your card isn’t working, talk to your Cafe Manager.
Note the error message and inform your Cafe Manager.
